Premium cars, coffee, and donuts meet the last Saturday of the month at Streetside Classics in Lutz (Tampa) for a show at this facility. This dealership is one of six throughout the country whose main purpose is to sell consigned vehicles to interested parties.
This past Saturday (1/27/18) a rather large crowd roamed through the interior of the building, first tackling the large coffee urns and dozens of doughnut boxes, before exploring the four wheel treasures. Each vehicle has a brief description on the windshield including the asking price. A sales consultant can give you a more thorough inspection. Also in the building are the sales offices and premier showing area, a photo studio, and a lift for further vehicle scrutiny of the undercarriage.
This morning outside of the building, about 40 cars showed for the cruise-in. Hot rods from the 30's and 40's were there, classics from the 50's and 60's, and the late model classics made an appearance as well. Typical car show banter was heard, but this time with “caffeine and doughnuts”. And part of that talk was……..”what looks good to you inside?”.
