This is a wonderful display of more than 750 show vehicles surrounding the restored, 1920’s art deco-inspired Lake Mirror Promenade in Downtown Lakeland. Now in its 19th year, the show is considered one of the “must attend” collector car shows in the southeastern United States. The 3-day event includes multiple experiences that you can participate in with your car or attend as a spectator. Various tickets prices for show cars. Spectators are free. The Budweiser Hot Rod Rendezvous on Friday night kicks off the weekend with a show of hot rods, an outdoor concert, car parade, food vendors and new car unveiling. Saturday’s festivities include two car shows in one. The Concours is held around Lake Mirror and includes premium vehicles from 1972 and older. The downtown portion of the show includes collector cars of all types, ages and preparations. There is only one fee for both sides of the show; however, cars must be selected to participate in the Concours. The fun concludes with the Heacock Classic Road Rally on Sunday. The route will be approximately 40-50 miles long with scenic views and challenging questions along the way.
