This year’s Car & Truck Show at Daytona State College features prizes for stock and modified categories, plus President’s Choice. A donation of $10 to enter vehicles benefits student scholarships; otherwise, admission is free for spectators. This is a family-friendly event with lots of activities for kids including face painting by students and faculty from the School of Cosmetology, as well as rock-wall, bounce-house and DJ. South Florida Truck Club will be doing a truck convoy to the Truktoberfest in Sanford. C&H will be open at 10am to do truck details before we leave. We will have our BBQ cookout so bring food and drinks for the ride up. Trucktoberfest is a 3 1/2 hour drive so fill up before you get to C&H. The event is from 2-9pm. This is going to one of the largest truck meets in the state, so the turn out should be huge.

There will be food trucks provided by the Food Truck Invasion, live bands, and kids craft table. Free to enter your vehicle but park entrance is $5 per vehicle. You can also enjoy getting out into ‘The Real Florida’ at this beautiful state park. There is a free shuttle from the car show to other areas of the park including the beach and the nature center.
