The show is open to 6 classes (1900-1940, 1941-1953, 1954-1964, 1965-1969, 1970-1987, 1988-present). Plus awards for Best of Show, Club Participation, Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine and Director’s Choice. The first 50 registered cars will receive a free dash plaque. Free hot coffee, pastries, and pizza lunch will be provided to registered drivers. A professional DJ will be playing your favorite classics while giving away great door prizes throughout the day. Spectators are free. Registration is open from 9-11am and awards presentation will begin at 1:30 pm Proceeds will benefit the William “Bill” Austen Youth Center Scholarship Program. These scholarships are awarded to Cape Coral families in need of after school child care.
Hosted by The Rotary Club of Highlands County. Parking around the Circle is reserved for car show participants. Live entertainment will be provided by California Toe Jam. Come sample award-winning chili, enjoy a cold beverage, grab a bite to eat at one of the local food trucks, and kick back and listen to some great live music. This event is a fundraiser for the Oviedo-Winter Springs Optimist Club. This is the largest car show in Central Florida with over 200 of the best classic and modern vehicles. In addition to the car show, there is a huge turnout from law enforcement and fire departments from around the state with specialty vehicles, helicopters, and K9 units. Plenty of family fun including bounce houses, a huge array of vendors, food trucks, trophies, and a beer tent. Car show music provided by DJ Don from Cruisin Orlando. Spectators are free. We invite show-quality 1985 and older hot rods, street rods, and antiques to show off their shine beginning at 1pm. Enjoy the parade of cars and trucks along the center of town starting at 8:30pm. Weekly cash prizes, drawings, and giveaways for our cruisers. Free entertainment on the Trophy Row stage beginning at 7pm. Free for participants and spectators. Participating classic cars should enter from Highway 192 under the east (left) side of the jukebox signs. The event staff will direct you to a security escort down the brick streets. We are an informal group of enthusiasts that meet every week to swap stories and brag about our rides. We meet in the parking lot on the Westside of the building which is located on the Southeast corner of Main Street/Virginia Street. Remember to bring your favorite lawn chair to join us in our campfire type circle.
