Dress up, decorate your car, and bring candy. Every person in costume, decorated car, and/or candy gets a special treat. Contests for best costume, best car decor, and biggest Candy bowl. Music, food discounts inside, entry for prizes, 50/50 drawing, and giveaways. Online registration HERE.
